Hospital Broadcasting Week 2005
Monday, 18th April 2005
Hospital Broadcasting started at the end of March and finished in the first week of April. One of the main goals of Hospital Broadcasting Week is create awareness to the people within the hospital and the local community of your existence. As well as having many of our volunteers coming down on a particular night dressed as their favourite music acts, we performed a live version of Frank Sinatra’s ‘My Way’ on air. While the event produced a lot of laughs and we had a lot of fun on the wards with the patients and staff, listening back we think we should just stick to doing what we do best…radio presenting!
